I've have found the time to actually come up with some set of rules for the forum. These rules will be fully explained and will not miss one thing [Hopefully 
]. This thread will also list the punishments [Infractions].
These are rules that are to be following anywhere throughout the forum. No matter what section of the forum your located in you must follow these simple rules.
Of course every forum has punishments. We punish using a warning system, or a 2-strike system. We apply two warnings, and than a ban for a certain amount of time. Remember, a serious offense, such as breaking the advertisement rule, will result in a ban in a certain amount of weeks, or months, even days.
Rule 1 Punishments - You will receive a normal 2-strike warning for breaking rule 1. Two strikes, than you receive a 3 day ban, breaking this again will result in a week ban, than 1 month. Than it will be permanent.
Rule 2 punishments - Depending on how offense you have gotten, this varies from a 1 day ban, to a 1 month ban. Than a permanent ban.
Rule 3 punishments - Depending on how offense you have gotten, this varies from a 1 day ban, to a 1 month ban. Than a permanent ban.
Rule 4 punishments - Depending on how offense you have gotten, this varies from a 1 day ban, to a 1 month ban. Than a permanent ban.
Rule 5 punishments - Proper advertising if very important. You receive a 1 week ban, than 1 month, than permanent.
Rule 6 punishments - Porno is not allowed at all. You will receive a 2 week ban, than permanent.
Rule 7 punishments - Normal Two strike system. Double post, or bump improperly twice, it is a week ban, then 1 month. No permanent ban for this.

- No Spamming - Spamming is what we call when you post something unrelated in the particular thread your posting in, or the thread your creating that's in the wrong board of the forum. There is a limit that there must be a proper sentence to be considered not spam.
- Be Respectful - You heard this all throughout your life. Treated people the way you want to be treated. This means be nice, and you will be nice to in return.
- No Excessive Flaming - We all have those we don't like. We expect arguments, but don't take them over the limit. You are sure to hurt someone if you don't keep it low, we don't want to be known for having a community where you could be insulted.
- No Swearing - Goes along with the two rules above, especially No excessive flaming. There is no reason to swear. The only reason is to put your point through and/or to show more anger. I can accept joking with it, but if I, or the person being insulted, feel like it doesn't sound like joking, we will take action.
- Proper Advertising - There are strict rules to advertising. The only way we let you advertise on here is either by paying for an advertisement on a certain board on the forum, or on the header and footer. This cost. You may only advertise in the "Advertising" section if you let us advertise on your forum, or you are a donator of 1$ or more.
- Pornography - This is a Pokemon based forum. Where everything is about Pokemon. If we wanted porn we would have went to one of the popular sites. Basically said, NO PICTURES of PORN! This forum is for humans under 18 years of age also, we don't want to be known for Pokemon and Porn, just Pokemon.
- Double Posting and bumping - Double posting is posting two times in a row without someone else posting before you. There is a difference in bumping and double posting. First of all, you may just edit your above post instead of posting a new post. Bumping on here is a 12 hour wait period. Meaning if you post at 12:00AM you may post at 12:00PM if no one has yet to post.
